摘  要:针对火电厂设备故障问题,发电机发生振动异常的情况是发生故障和各种问题的常见因素之一。在火电厂的正常生产运营中,对630MW发电机的振动原因进行分析和研究显得十分重要。但是由于发电机的振动故障以及其他因素均有可能导致设备故障,所以不能准确地确定故障发生的原因。因此,对于电力检修的相关部门来说,提供具有理论基础和故障分析的依据,也显得十分重要,只有对故障发生的原因进行详细、准确的分析,才能准确进行对症维修。在检修的过程当中,如果发现故障点是处于刚刚维修过的状况,或者处于刚刚保养过的状况,应当对于之前的维修判断进行进一步的检查,以及故障点的确认。不仅需要维修的相关工作人员积累多年的深厚经验,而且需要公司的管理人员对于维修人员的技能培养进行加强。因此,对于发电机发生振动异常的情况进行研究和分析,对于工作人员的职业素养以及工作效率的提高都具有十分重要的实际意义。Aiming at the problem of equipment failure in thermal power plants,abnormal vibration of generators is one of the common factors for failures and various problems.In the normal production and operation of thermal power plants,it is very important to analyze and study the vibration causes of 630 MW generators.However,the generator’s vibration failure and other factors may cause equipment failure,so it is impossible to accurately determine the cause of the failure.Therefore,it is also very important for the relevant departments of electric power maintenance to provide an evidence of theoretical basis and failure analysis.Only a detailed and accurate analysis on the cause of the failure can accurately carry out symptomatic maintenance.During the maintenance process,if the fault point is found to be in the condition of just repaired or just maintained,the previous maintenance judgment shall be further checked and the fault point shall be confirmed.Not only the relevant maintenance staff have accumulated many years of deep experience,but also the management personnel of the company need to strengthen the skill training of maintenance personnel.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study and analyze the abnormal vibration of generator for the improvement of staff’s professional quality and work efficiency.
