摘  要:山西临县低热值煤2×350MW超临界发电机组新建工程#1锅炉给煤装置在机组整套启动调试期间经常出现堵煤现象,严重时给煤装置的10根落煤管有6根全部堵塞或下煤不畅,造成锅炉燃烧不稳定,机组被迫降负荷投油稳燃,并投入大量人力物力进行捅煤,存在很大的安全风险。本文将围绕350MW超临界CFB锅炉给煤装置频繁堵煤原因进行分析,制定出堵煤的解决措施,现场实施改造后经长期运行论证方案可行。通过本文的研究,可为同类型CFB锅炉给煤装置设计及堵煤治理提供参考。Shanxi Linxian low calorific value coal 2×350 MW supercritical power generation unit newly built project#1 boiler coal feeder often has coal clogging during the start-up and commissioning of the whole unit.In severe conditions,there are 6 out of 10 coal pipes in coal feeder being completely clogged or unsmoothly loaded,resulting in unstable combustion of the boiler.The unit is forced to reduce the load and stabilize the combustion by adding oil,and a lot of manpower and material resources are applied to poke the coal,which poses a great safety risk.This article will analyze the causes of frequent coal clogging in the coal feeder of 350 MW supercritical CFB boiler,and formulate measures to solve the coal clogging.After the implementation of the transformation on site,the long-term operation proves that the plan is feasible.Through the research of this article,it can provide reference for the design of coal feeder and coal clogging control for the same type of CFB boiler.
