摘　　要：随着铁路运行速度的不断提高,铁路线路养护维修和管理的重要性越来越突出,如何强化铁路养护维修效果,保证铁路线路安全稳定运行,成为铁路工务部门思考研究的重点问题。本文以铁路工务线路养护、维修问题与管理措施为核心进行系统性的分析探讨,希望能助推铁路工务部门管理水平的不断提升。With the continuous improvement of railway operation speed,the importance of railway line maintenance and management have become more prominent.How to strengthen the effect of railway maintenance and ensure the safe and stable operations of railway lines have become a key issue of consideration and research for the railway track division.This article carries out a systematic analysis and discussion on the maintenance,repair and management measures of railway track division,hoping to promote the continuous improvement of the management level of railway track division departments.
