摘　　要：本文简要地回顾作者研究组数十年来,在二萜生物碱的植物化学、化学反应、转化合成、全合成,以及附子中强心活性成分等多方面研究的主要结果。First of all,this is not a general review of the diterpenoid alkaloids.This paper described briefly some highlights in investigation of chemistry of diterpenoid alkaloids,mainly including phytochemistry,chemical reactions,conversional synthesis,total syntheses,and cardiac active compounds from the lateral roots of Aconitum carmichaelii,by author and co-orkers for about forty years.
