摘  要:远洋船舶随着船龄的增长,船舶各管路跑冒滴漏现象严重,船舶用水用气量必然增加;由于船员在相关作业中忘关水和气阀门等,这也会导致船舶用水用气量在某天会剧增。设计一种智能防跑水跑气装置,通过管路中流过的水/气量或时间超过传感器设定值,中央处理系统接收到后,自动控制电磁阀,切断气/水供应,并发出报警显示位置,通知轮机人员,及时处理,可提高船舶安全性。With the growth of the age of the ocean-going ship,the leakage of the pipelines is serious,and the water and gas consumption of the ship will inevitably increase.Due to the captains forget to turn off water and gas valves during related operations,which can also lead to a sharp increase in water consumption on a given day.An intelligent anti-leaking water and gas device is designed.When the water/gas flow through the pipeline or the time exceeds the set value of the sensor,the central processing system will automatically control the solenoid valve,cut off the gas/water supply,and send out an alarm to show the position and inform the turbine personnel,and deal with it in time to improve the safety of the ship.
