摘 要:目的:对视觉恢复训练(VRT)疗效进行系统评价与Meta分析。方法:系统检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、EMBase、Cochrane library、Web of science等数据库截至2020年2月的相关文献,运用Stata 15.0进行整体效应与亚组Meta分析、质量评价、发表偏倚性分析等。结果:共纳入7篇文献103例患者。分析结果显示,与对照组相比,V R T对视野扩大有显著提升、缺陷数量明显减少、HRP刺激命中的数量明显增加、反应时间无明显变化。结论:视觉恢复训练可以有效缓解偏盲患者视野缺陷。但是,由于存在样本量较小和异质性等局限性,建议开展多中心随机对照试验进一步证实疗效结局。Objective To systematically evaluate and Metameta analyze the effect of visual recovery training(VRT).Methods A systematic search was conducted for relevant literatures from CNKI,Wanfang,Vipu,CBM,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science and other databases up to February 2020.Stata 15.0 was used for global effect and subgroup Metameta analysis,quality assessment,publication bias analysis,etc.Results A total of 103 subjects were included in 7 articles.The results showed that,compared with the control group,VRT significantly improved field enlargement,reduced the number of defects,increased the number of HRP stimulus hits,and had no significant changes in response time.Conclusion Visual restoration training can effectively relieve the visual field defect of hemianopsia patients.However,due to the limitations of the study,such as small sample size and heterogeneity,a multicenter randomized controlled trial is recommended to further confirm the efficacy outcome.
