摘 要:针对船厂对船体平面分段结构优质、高效制造的技术需求,以船体平面分段中间产品加工为功能对象,进行船体平面分段智能制造流水线装备的研发制造,突破流水线总体设计、智能化焊接、系统集成控制等关键技术,形成一条包含拼板装焊、纵骨装焊、中组立制造等多工位的智能化流水生产线。通过工程应用实现船体平面分段由传统生产模式向以智能装备为标识的智能制造模式转变,可显著提高船体结构加工制造技术水平。In terms of the technological requirements of shipyards for high-quality structure and efficient manufacturing in hull flat section,taken the intermediate products processing in hull flat section as the functional object,the equipment development and manufacturing of intelligent manufacturing assembly line in hull flat section are conducted to make breakthroughs in key technologies such as assembly line overall design,intelligent welding,and system integrated control,and to form an intelligent assembly production line including multiple stations such as splice panel assembly welding,longitudinal assembly welding,and unit assembly manufacturing.Through the engineering application,the transformation of hull flat section from traditional production mode to intelligent manufacturing mode marked by the intelligent equipment is realized,which can significantly improve the technological level of hull structure processing and manufacturing.
