摘  要:以船体梁腹板开孔为研究对象,考虑船体复杂受力工况,基于含满意度权重因子的折中规划法,对传统双向渐进结构优化(Bidirectional Evolutionary Structural Optimization,BESO)算法进行改进,将体积减轻比作为优化目标,孔边应力作为约束,提出一种适用于船体结构孔型的优化方法。在此基础上,基于ANSYS软件,通过二次开发编写改进BESO算法优化程序,对船体梁腹板的腰圆开孔进行优化设计,得到应力分布均匀且减重明显的开孔型式。优化结果表明,在满足结构强度的条件下,船体梁腹板减重30.01%,达到轻量化的目的。研究成果可为船舶结构设计优化提供参考。Taken the opening of the hull girder web as the research object,considering the complex loading conditions of the hull,based on the compromise planning method with the satisfaction weight factor,the traditional Bidirectional Evolutionary Structural Optimization(BESO)method is improved.Taken volume reduction ratio as the optimization target,with the side stress as a constraint,a method for optimizing the hole shape of the hull structures is proposed.On this basis,based on ANSYS software,through secondary development,an improved BESO optimization program is written to optimize the design of the waist circle opening of the hull girder web,and an opening pattern with uniform stress distribution and obvious weight loss is obtained.The optimization results show that under the condition of satisfying the structural strength,the weight of the hull girder web is reduced by 30.01%,achieving the purpose of light weight.The research results can provide reference for the optimization of ship structure design.
