摘　　要：为解决海洋工程项目中压力容器封头二次曲面和小尺寸管线的绝热材料加工困难且效率低下的问题,研究压力容器封头的加工标准和曲面成型过程,提出几种曲面加工方案,解决压力容器封头绝热材料的加工问题;通过改进机械设备的传动原理,提出小尺寸管线硬质绝热材料的解决方案,改善小尺寸管线绝热材料加工效率和质量问题。In order to solve the problem that poor fabrication and low efficiency of vessel head insulation material,the manufacture standard and forming method of the vessel head are studied,several cutting plans are put forward to solve the fabrication problem of the vessel head insulation material.Through improving the transmission theory of the cutting machine,a new solution to solve the small-size pipeline rigid insulation material fabrication is put forward,and the processing efficiency and quality of the small-size pipeline insulation material are solved.
