摘  要:本文对工业废水中化学需氧量测定的两种方法,重铬酸盐法及COD快速消解分光光度法进行了试验对比,在样品的采集与保存、样品试份的代表性、干扰物的消除等各方面作以分析,对两种方法的检出限、检测下限及准确度与精密度进行试验测定。结果表明,重铬酸盐滴定法测定化学需氧量测定准确度更高,适用于实验室出具具体报告的精准分析;快速消解分光光度法测样时间短,消耗试剂少,在生产指导方面具有明显优势。In this paper,two methods for the determination of chemical oxygen demand in industrial wastewater,dichromate method and COD rapid digestion rapid determination method,were compared.The collection and preservation of samples,the representativeness of samples,the elimination of interferences and other aspects were analyzed in detail.The detection limit,detection line,accuracy and precision of the two methods were tested.The results show that the dichromate titration method is more accurate than COD rapid digestion rapid determination method in the determination of chemical oxygen demand,so it is suitable for the precise analysis of the specific report issued by the laboratory;the rapid digestion method has the advantages of short sample measurement time and less reagent consumption,and has obvious advantages in production guidance.
