摘  要:针对河南某大型化工装置反渗透系统一段压差上涨过快、产水量急剧下降的问题,分析了反渗透膜污染的原因,采取了反渗透系统加药和超滤碱洗调整措施,结果表明:实现了反渗透系统稳定产水,满足后续装置长周期、高负荷、稳定运行除盐水的需求,效果显著。In view of the exceedingly rapid pressure difference increase and sharp decrease in water yield of the first stage of reverse osmosis system in a large chemical plant in Henan Province,the causes behind reverse osmosis membrane pollution are analyzed,and adjustment measures of reverse osmosis system dosing as well as ultrafiltration alkali washing are taken,resulting in stable water production of the reverse osmosis system,and meeting the desalination water requirements of the follow-up devices that demand long period,high load and stable operation.All in all,remarkable effects have been accomplished.
