管道应力分析过程中假管支托的校核

摘　　要：作为一种特殊的支架形式,假管支托在管道支撑过程中广泛应用,本文通过实例介绍了用M.W.Kellogg方法配合CAESAR II静态分析校核管道假管支托的方法,分析了假管支托校核过程中的影响因素,及以上方法的校核步骤,并对校核过程中遭遇失败的情况给出了解决方案。As a special form of support,dummy pipe support is widely used as a kind of pipeline support.This paper introduces the method of checking dummy pipe supports through examples via M.W.Kellogg and CAESAR II static analysis,analyzes the influencing factors in the checking process as well as the checking steps of the above method,and offers solutions to the failures encountered in the process of checking.
