摘  要:池式反应器下液调节阀、汽提塔下液调节阀以及高压洗涤器气相调节阀失灵严重影响尿素各个系统的运行稳定,甚至会导致系统封塔停车。针对不同原因的故障,采取了相应的解决措施,分析了CO_(2)汽提法尿素高压系统3个核心调节阀失灵对高压系统的影响。Failure of the liquid regulating valve under the pool reactor,the liquid regulating valve under the stripper and the gas phase regulating valve of the high pressure scrubber seriously affects the operation stability of each system of the urea unit,and it even leads to closure and shutdown of the system.In view of different causes of the fault,corresponding countermeasures have been taken.Analysis is conducted on how the failure of three core regulating valves of the urea high pressure system in CO_(2) stripping impacts on the high pressure system.
