摘　　要：以新型冠状病毒肺炎为例,对国内外公共卫生紧急事件下医护人员的心理健康促进措施进行分析,了解新型冠状病毒肺炎期间医护人员的心理健康促进策略,并分析目前心理干预措施的进展尚存在的问题,旨在更系统地了解医护人员心理状况、提供及时有效干预措施以改善医护人员的身心健康提供依据。COVID-19 was taken as the example,the mental health promotion measures of medical staffs under public health emergency events both at home and abroad were analyzed,the mental health promotion strategies of medical care personnel during COVID-19 period were understood,and the existing problems in the progress of mental intervention measures were analyzed.It aimed to systematically understand the mental status of medical care personnel,and provide a basis for timely and effective intervention measures to improve the physical and mental health of medical staffs.
