摘　　要：目的:了解2015—2019年南通市港闸区性病流行趋势和特征,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法:对2015—2019年南通市港闸区5种国家监测性病资料进行统计分析。结果:2015—2019年间南通市港闸区共报告性病1074人,年均发病率78.38/10万,各年发病率依次为63.35/10万、69.01/10万、71.99/10万、100.60/10万和86.95/10万。男女发病性别比为1.24∶1,发病高峰在25~34岁组(126.42/10万),其次为≥65岁组(117.06/10万)。职业以家务及待业最多,报告403人,占37.52%,其次是农民202人,占18.81%。病例报告数居前3位的街道依次为唐闸、永兴和秦灶。结论:港闸区性病疫情总体呈上升趋势,疫情防控形势严峻,要加强梅毒防控和重点人群干预宣传工作。OBJECTIVE To understand the epidemic trend and characteristics of sexually transmitted diseases in Gangzha Dis⁃trict of Nantong from 2015 to 2019,and to provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategies.METHODS The data of 5 kinds of national monitored sexually transmitted diseases in Gangzha from 2015 to 2019 were statistically analyzed.RESULTS A total of 1074 cases of venereal diseases were reported in Nantong Gangzha district from 2015 to 2019,with an annual incidence of 78.38/100000,and the annual incidence was 63.35/100000,69.01/100000,71.99/100000,100.60/100000 and 86.95/100000,respectively.The male-to-female ratio was 1.24∶1 with the peak of the disease in the 25~34 year old group(126.42/100000)followed by the 65 years old group or above(117.06/100000).Housework and unemployment accounted for the most.403 cases was reported accounting for 37.52%.The second is farmers with 202 cases accounting for 18.81%.The first three streets were Tangzha,Yongxing and Qinzao.CONCLUSION The epidemic situation of sexually transmitted diseases in Gangzha dis⁃trict was on rise.It was necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of syphilis and the publicity of intervention.
