加味生脉散联合西药治疗慢型克山病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察合水县60例慢型克山病患者中西医结合治疗的效果,探索适合病区患者的克山病治疗模式。方法:选择合水县已确诊的60例慢型克山病患者,随机分为两组,每组各30例,采用家庭病床管理模式,常规治疗组给予西药治疗(包括双氢克尿塞片、依那普利片、卡维地洛片和地高辛片)。补加中药组除常规西药治疗外,加用自拟加味生脉散,两组均以30 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后判定疗效。结果:补加中药组显效4例,有效11例,无效15例,有效率为50.00%;常规治疗组显效1例,有效10例,无效19例,有效率为36.67%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.187,P=0.029)。结论:加味生脉散联合西药治疗慢型克山病疗效确切,配合家庭病床管理模式,值得在克山病病区推广应用。OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on 60 patients with chronic Keshan disease in Heshui,and to explore the suitable treatment mode of chronic Keshan disease for patients.METHODS 60 patients with chronic Keshan disease diagnosed in Heshui were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group by family bed management mode.The conventional treatment group was given western medicine treatment(including dihydro⁃keturesis tablets,enalapril tablets,carvedilol tablets,digoxin tablets).In addition to conventional western medicine and self-de⁃signed,it added Shengmai powder.The two groups were treated for 30 days as a course of treatment,and the efficacy was deter⁃mined after 3 courses of treatment.RESULTS In the group of Chinese medicine supplementation,4 cases were significantly effective,11 cases were effective,15 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 50.00%.In the conventional treatment group,1 case was significantly effective,10 cases were effective,19 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 36.67%.The difference be⁃tween the two groups was statistically significant(Z=-2.187,P=0.029).CONCLUSION Jiaweishengmai powder combined with west⁃ern medicine had a definite efficacy in the treatment of chronic Keshan disease.Combined with the family bed management mode,it was worth popularizing and using in chronic Keshan disease area.
