摘  要:为获得场强分布均匀且场强值较高的最佳螺线式无针头静电纺丝结构参数,采用COMSOL有限元模拟软件对无针头式静电纺丝过程中场强大小和分布规律进行仿真,研究螺线式无针头线圈的长度、螺距、半径以及金属丝的半径等参数对电场强度及其分布的影响。结果表明:对于螺线式无针静电纺丝,纺丝头的电场强度普遍呈两端高中间低的分布规律,存在所谓的边缘效应(edge effect);此外,增加线圈长度、线圈直径、金属丝直径都会导致纺丝头场强逐渐下降,而增大电压、缩小螺距以及接收距离则使电场强度显著上升;当线圈长度为200 mm、线圈直径为60 mm、螺距为40 mm、金属丝直径为1 mm时,螺线式无针头静电纺丝头的场强大且分布均匀,场强平均值为1.81×106 V/m,场强CV值为7.08%;再对纺丝头两端增加逐渐缩小的螺旋线圈作为辅助电极,纺丝头电场强度分布均匀性的改善效果最佳,得到的场强平均值为1.62×106 V/m,场强CV值为2.53%,有效地克服了边缘效应。In order to obtain the best spiral needleless electrospinning structure parameters with uniform field strength distribution and high field strength value,the COMSOL finite element simulation software was used to simulate the field strength and distribution law in the needleless electrospinning process,and study the effect of length of coil,pith,radius,and radius of wire on electric field strength and its distribution.The results showed that for the spiral needleless electrospinning,the electric field intensity of the spinning head is generally high at the two ends and low at the middle.There are so-called"edge effects".In addition,increasing the coil length,coil diameter,and wire diameter will result in a gradual decrease in the field strength of the spinning head.Increasing the voltage,reducing the pitch and receiving distance will significantly increase the electric field intensity.When the coil length is 200 mm,the coil diameter is 60 mm,the pitch is 40 mm,and the wire diameter is 1 mm,the field strength of the spiral needleless electrospinning head is strong and evenly distributed,the average field strength is 1.81×106 V/m,and the field strength CV value is 7.08%.Then adding the gradually shrinking spiral coils to both ends of the spinning head as auxiliary electrodes,the effect of improving the uniformity of the electric field intensity distribution of the spinning head is the best,and the average field intensity obtained is 1.62×106 V/m,The field strength CV value is 2.53%,which effectively prevent the"edge effect".
