摘  要:为了研究不同捻度石英纤维缝合线的轮廓形貌结构对其磨损行为的影响,选取6种捻度的石英纤维缝合线,通过3D轮廓分析法表征了缝合线的表面形貌,讨论捻度对未接触(UD)、接触未摩擦(UF)及摩擦后(FR)3种状态下缝合线的凸出峰部面积及表面粗糙度的影响;通过拉伸性能及毛羽灰度值分析,表征了捻度对缝合线磨损行为的影响。结果表明:同捻度条件下,与UD组缝合线相比,UF组和FR组缝合线的表面粗糙度分别降低了6%~20%和27%~47%;捻度的变化引起了缝合线的直径、凸出峰部面积及纤维体积质量等结构参数的变化;摩擦产生的缝合线表面毛羽量随着捻度的增加而减小,缝合线的摩擦后剩余强度保持率随着捻度的增加而增大,最高达40.67%。To investigate the influence of the outline morphology structure of quartz fiber sewing thread with different twists on their wear behavior,six twisted quartz fiber sewing threads were selected and the surface morphology of the threads was characterized by 3D profile analysis.The effect of the twist on the surface roughness and the area of the convex peak of the thread in three states:uncontacted(UD),contact without friction(UF),and after friction(FR)was discussed.By analyzing the tensile properties and hairiness grey value,the effect of twist on the abrasion behavior was characterized.The experimental results show that comparing with the UD sewing threads,the surface roughness of the same twist threads in the UF and FR groups is reducing by 6%-20%and 27%-47%respectively.The twist leads to variations in thread structural parameters such as the diameter of the sewing thread,the area of the convex peak,and the mass of the fiber volume.The amount of hairiness on the surface of the sewing thread produced by friction decreases with the increase of twist.The residual strength retention of the sewing thread after friction grows with the increase of twist,up to 40.67%.
