摘 要:以沁县供热管线下穿太焦铁路桥梁为例,分析计算供热管线套管在顶进施工过程中对铁路桥梁的影响。利用有限元分析软件Midas GTS建立有限元计算模型,通过分析顶进施工各阶段对铁路桥梁桥墩的影响,即桥墩墩顶竖向位移、纵向位移、横向位移的变化,求得热力管线套管在施工过程中铁路桥梁桥墩产生沉降和位移的最大值以及发生的具体阶段,从而根据相关规范判断热力管施工对铁路运营安全造成的影响。Taking the Qinxian heating pipeline underneath the Taijiao railway bridge as an example,the influence of the heating pipeline casing on the railway bridge during the jacking construction process is analyzed and calculated.The finite element analysis software Midas GTS was used to establish a finite element calculation model.By analyzing the effects of jacking construction on the railway bridge piers,that is,the vertical displacement,longitudinal displacement,and lateral displacement of the pier top,the thermal pipeline casing During the construction process,the maximum settlement and displacement of the railway bridge piers and the specific stages of occurrence,so as to judge the impact of thermal pipe construction on the safety of railway operations according to relevant specifications.
