摘　　要：通过建立蒙药述达格-4体外抗氧化活性测定方法,明确述达格-4的抗氧化作用。采用DPPH自由基清除率、FRAP法对Fe3+的还原能力、TEAC法对ABTS自由基的清除率及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)试剂盒等综合评价述达格-4的抗氧化能力。结果显示,述达格-4浓度为0.32mg/mL时,DPPH自由基清除率为77.08%,IC50值为0.08982mg/mL;浓度为2.383mg/mL时,对Fe3+的还原能力最高,吸光度达到最大值0.734;浓度为0.321mg/mL时,对ABTS自由基清除率可达到99.77%,IC50值为0.1050mg/mL;200μL浓度为2.798mg/mL的述达格-4总抗氧化能力相当于0.8448mmol的Trolox。说明建立的方法适用于蒙药述达格-4体外抗氧化活性测定,且抗氧化活性能力大于黑枸杞,述达格-4有较强的抗氧化活性。The purpose of current study is to establish a method for the determination of the antioxidant activity of Mongolian medicine Shudage-4in vitro and to study the antioxidant activity of Shudage-4.DPPH free radical scavenging rate,FRAP method for Fe3+reduction capacity,TEAC method for ABTS free radical scavenging rate and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)kit ratio were used to evaluate the antioxidant capacity of Shudage-4.The results were as follows.DPPH radical scavenging rate was 77.08%and IC50was 0.08982mg/mL when Shudage-4concentration was 0.32 mg/mL.When the concentration was 2.4mg/mL,the reduction capacity of Fe3+was the highest,and the absorbance reached the maximum value of 0.734.When the concentration reached 0.32mg/mL,the ABTS free radical scavenging rate could reach 99.77%and the IC50value was 0.1050mg/mL.Finally,when the concentration was 2.8mg/mL,the total antioxidant capacity was equivalent to 0.8448 mmol Trolox.Current study indicate that the established method is suitable for the determination of antioxidant activity of Mongolian medicine Shudage-4in vitro,and its antioxidant activity was higher than that of black goji berry(Lycium ruthenicum).
