摘  要:随着顺控技术日渐成熟,国内逐步推广应用,为满足区域电网集中运维和应对多个变电站联动操作需要,以区域电网集控后台作为操作平台,在调度端建立顺控操作和顺控五防模块,提出了基于调度端的跨变电站一键顺控批量操作方案;并辅以顺控操作票专家系统,简化出票和调用过程,给出了顺控技术在电网黑启动过程中的应用方案。The sequential control technology is more and more widely used in China.To fulfill the requirements on centralized operation and maintenance of regional power grids and the joint operation of substations,a dispatching side-based cross-substation one-key sequential control batch operation scheme is proposed,in which the sequential control operation modules and five prevention modules are established at the dispatching side.Also,the sequential control operation ticket expert system is used to simplify the ticket generating and calling processes.The application scheme of the sequential control technology in the black start of power grids is given.
