摘 要:设计并实现了一种具有陷波可重构特性的超宽带天线。天线主要由阶梯状辐射贴片、微带线馈线和矩形地板等组成。在天线辐射贴片和微带馈线上分别刻蚀C形和U形缝隙,在刻蚀缝隙的中心位置加载PIN二极管开关,通过开关的导通与断开,改变刻蚀缝隙的结构尺寸,实现了3个频段的陷波功能。采用ANSOFT HFSS仿真软件获得天线相关参数。测试结果与仿真结果基本相符合。设计的天线在3.41~10.84 GHz频带范围内具有3个陷波频率可重构的特性,阻抗特性以及辐射特性能够应用于超宽带系统。An ultra-wideband(UWB)antenna with band-notched reconfigurable characteristics is designed and implemented.The antenna is mainly composed of stepped radiation patch,microstrip feeder and rectangular ground.The C-shaped slot and U-shaped slot were etched on the antenna radiation patch and the microstrip feeder,and the PIN diode switch was loaded at the center of the etched gap.The notch function of three frequency bands was realized by switching on and off to change the structure size of the etched gap.The antenna parameters were obtained by using ANSOFT HFSS simulation software.The measured results are in good agreement with the simulation results.The designed antenna has three band-notched reconfigurable characteristics in the band range of 3.41 GHz~10.84 GHz.The impedance characteristics and radiation characteristics can be applied to UWB systems.
