摘　　要：为了探究贮存时间对北细辛药材质量的影响,建立HPLC法测定北细辛中细辛脂素含量,在温度(15±2)℃的条件下放置12个月,分析北细辛中细辛脂素含量变化规律。研究结果表明,运用本文建立的含量测定方法,细辛脂素浓度在0.1~50μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率为98.76%,RSD值为1.81%。放置12个月内细辛脂素具有良好的稳定性,含量并无明显的降低或增加,为北细辛贮藏条件的深入研究提供参考。To explore the effect of storage time on the quality of North Asarum.This paper established a HPLC method to determine the content of asarinin in North Asarum,and placed it for 12 months at(15±2)°C.The results showed that the concentration of asarinin was linear in the range of 0.1~50μg/mL(r=0.9996),the average recovery rate was 98.76%and the RSD value was 1.81%.Asarinin has good stability and no significant decrease or increase in content within 12 months,which provides a reference for further study of storage conditions of North Asarum.
