摘　　要：从创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五个维度评价2011—2019年我国各省市经济高质量发展水平,并基于杜宾模型分析绿色投资对经济高质量发展影响的空间效应。结果表明,我国经济高质量发展水平呈上升趋势,但各省市的经济高质量发展水平存在较大差异;地区间的经济高质量发展水平在地理相邻上存在绿色投资的空间外溢效应,且呈现空间聚集状态;绿色投资对经济高质量发展的影响存在空间相关性,但该相关性因为空间权重矩阵的不同而存在差异;绿色投资的两种分解效应作用与绿色投资一致,对经济高质量发展有正向的促进作用。本文就绿色投资如何促进经济高质量发展提出对策建议。This paper evaluates the high-quality economic development level of China’s provinces and cities from 2011 to 2019 from five dimensions of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing,and analyzes the spatial effect of green investment on the high-quality economic development based on Durbin model.The results are as follows:the development level of high-quality economy in China is on the rise,but there are great differences in the level of high-quality economic development in each province.The high-quality development level of economy among regions has the spatial spillover effect of green investment in geographical proximity,and it shows spatial aggregation.The impact of green investment on high-quality economic development has spatial correlation,but the correlation is different because of the difference of spatial weight matrix.The two decomposition effects of green investment are consistent with green investment,which have positive promotion effect on the high-quality development of economy.The paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the high-quality development of economy by green investment.
