摘　　要：目前,日间手术在胸外科领域的应用仍处于起步阶段,而机器人辅助胸腔镜手术在胸外科的应用,为胸外科日间手术的推广普及带来了新的契机。为了总结近年来机器人胸外科日间手术(RTDS)诊疗过程的相关经验,规范RTDS实施的相关流程,中南大学湘雅医院胸外科联合中国医师协会医学机器人分会的相关专家,借鉴国内外已有的RTDS经验制定了专家共识,旨在为国内RTDS的开展提供参考。The application of day surgery in thoracic surgery is just started.In recent years,the application of robot-assisted thoracoscopic surgery brings new opportunities for the popularization of day surgery in thoracic surgery.To summarize the experience of the robot-assisted thoracic day surgery(RTDS)in recent years and standardize the procedures of RTDS,relevant experts from Xiangya Hospital of Central South University and Medical Robot Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association formulated this expert consensus based on the existing RTDS experience.It aims to provide reference and guidance for the development of domestic RTDS.
