摘  要:为解决在检验过程中CAN收发器耐压特性测试困难的问题,提出了一种基于隔离架构的CAN收发器耐压测试方法。基于电源隔离原则,采用独立的两路4.2 V锂电池分别为CAN隔离器的低压侧和高压侧供电,使用MCU实现了CAN收发器工作状态下的耐压测试及工作参数监测。通过实际测试验证了新方法的可行性和有效性,在降低测试成本的同时提高了测试效率。本方法对其他类型收发器件的耐压测试同样具有重要的参考意义。In order to solve the problem of testing the withstand voltage of CAN connector,a test scheme based on isolation is promoted.In view of the idea of isolation,two independent 4.2 V lithium batteries are used to supply power to the low-voltage side and high-voltage side of can transceiver,and MCU is used to realize the withstand voltage test and working parameter monitoring of can transceiver.The feasibility and effectiveness of this novel method are verified by the actual test,which can further reduce the cost and improve the test efficiency.This method can also be used as a reference for withstand voltage testing of other types of connector devices.
