摘　　要：目的了解迁安市法定传染病的流行趋势和流行特征,为制定防控对策提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学研究方法对迁安市2014-2018年法定传染病疫情资料进行统计分析。结果迁安市2014-2018年共报告法定传染病20种共计15986例病例,年均发病率为416.11/10万,报告发病率呈逐年下降趋势。主要传染病为乙肝、手足口病、其它感染性腹泻病、肺结核和梅毒。春夏季是发病高峰季节;男性多于女性;发病人群主要集中在20~59岁组(8062例),占50.43%;职业以农民、散居儿童和学生为主,分别占52.24%、24.63%和5.46%。结论迁安市法定传染病发病率呈下降趋势,目前防治的重点传染病有乙肝、手足口病等,应根据其不同的流行特点采取相应的防控措施,降低传染病的暴发和流行。Objective To understand the epidemic trends and epidemic characteristics of official infectious diseases in Qian′an,and to provide a scientific basis for formulating prevention and control measures.Methods A descriptive epidemiological study was used to statistically analyze the epidemiological data of the Official infectious epidemic in Qian′an from 2014 to 2018.Results 15986 cases of 20 kinds of notifiable infectious diseases were reported from 2014 to 2018 in Qian′an City,with an average annual incidence rate of 416.11/100000.The reported incidence rate showed a downward trend year by year.The main infectious diseases are hepatitis B,hand-foot-mouth disease,other infectious diarrhea diseases,tuberculosis and syphilis.Spring and summer are the incidence peak,males more than females,and the incidence was mainly concentrated in the age of 20-59 years(8062 cases),accounting for 50.43%.Farmers,scattered children and students accounted for 52.24%,24.63%and 5.46%,respectively.Conclusion Currently,the incidence of official infectious in Qian′an is on the decline,the key prevents diseases under control including hepatitis B,hand-foot-mouth disease.The corresponding prevention and control measures should be taken to reduce the outbreaks and prevalence of infectious diseases according to their different epidemic characteristics.
