摘　　要：目的加强渭南市艾滋病检测工作的规范化管理,提高检测工作质量。方法对渭南市39个艾滋病检测实验室进行血清盲样考核和职能工作考评,利用Microsoft Excel 2007整理数据,采用IBM SPSS 22对计数资料进行Fisher精确检验。结果疾控机构和采供血机构的总评成绩优秀率高于医疗保健机构,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.439,P<0.01)。在血清盲样考核中,医疗保健机构的检测程序(χ^(2)=9.303,P<0.01)、实验记录(χ^(2)=12.230,P<0.01)、报告规范(χ^(2)=8.479,P<0.01)、外部质控(χ^(2)=8.548,P<0.01)符合率低于疾控机构和采供血机构,差异有统计学意义。在职能工作考评中,仪器检定的符合率最低,仅58.97%(23/39)。结论渭南市2019年艾滋病检测实验室质量考评整体合格,但应加强问题实验室的技术培训和督导检查。Objective To strengthen the standardized management of AIDS testing in Weinan and improve the quality of testing.Methods A total of thirty-nine AIDS testing laboratories in Weinan City were conducted for serum blinded samples and functional work assessment.Microsoft Excel 2007 was used for data collation.Fisher accurate test on enumeration data was conducted by IBM SPSS 22.Results The general evaluation excellent rate of CDCs and blood banks was higher than that of healthcare institutions with a statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=13.439,P<0.01).Regarding serum blind sample examination,the compliance rates of the test procedure(χ^(2)=9.303,P<0.01),experiment record(χ^(2)=12.230,P<0.01),reporting specifications(χ^(2)=8.479,P<0.01)and external quality control(χ^(2)=8.548,P<0.01)of healthcare institutions were lower than those of CDCs and blood banks,and the differences were statistically significant.Regarding functional work assessment,the compliance rate of instrument calibration was the lowest with only 58.97%(23/39).Conclusion The quality evaluation results of AIDS testing laboratories in Weinan in 2019 were generally qualified.However,technical training,supervision,and inspection should be strengthened in the problematic laboratories.
