摘　　要：目的评价宝鸡市实施接种肾综合征出血热疫苗的成本效益比值和净效益。方法通过调查肾综合征出血热病例的住院费用、病例和家属的误工费、疫苗接种前后平均发病数的减少,计算减少病例所产生的费用,同时计算接种疫苗的成本,以获得成本效益比值和净效益。结果宝鸡市2008—2018年肾综合征出血热疫苗接种共投入37847187元,平均减少病例193例,减少死亡病例18例,成本效益比0.81∶1,净效益8633775元。结论宝鸡市接种肾综合征出血热疫苗取得了显著的经济学效益,应继续做好出血热疫苗接种工作。Objective To evaluate the cost-benefit ratio and net benefit of vaccination against hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS)in Baoji.Methods The costs generated from declining cases were calculated by investigating hospitalization costs of cases with HFRS,lost work costs of cases and their families,decreased average number of cases before and after the implementation of HFRS vaccination,and the cost of vaccination was calculated to obtain the cost-benefit ratio and net benefit.Results A total of RMB 37847187 Yuan,was invested for HFRS vaccination in Baoji from 2008 to 2018,with an average reduction of 193 cases of HFRS and 18 death case,the cost-benefit ratio hit 0.81∶1,and the net benefit was RMB 8633775 Yuan.Conclusion The economic benefits of vaccination against HFRS in Baoji are significant,and the work of vaccination against HFRS should be continued properly conducted.
