摘　　要：目的了解陆丰市高中学生艾滋病知识、态度、行为情况及影响因素,为学校艾滋病宣传教育及疫情防控提供科学依据,同时为今后的宣传教育效果评估提供基础数据。方法采取多阶段整群抽样方法,采用自行设计的调查问卷,利用微信扫码功能进行线上自主匿名填写问卷。影响因素单因素分析采用χ^(2)检验,多因素分析采用非条件Logistic回归分析。结果陆丰市高中学生的艾滋病相关知识综合知晓率为27.4%,其中"国八条"的知晓率为40.3%;多因素回归分析结果显示,男生、大年龄组、高年级、父亲学历为大专及以上,学习成绩自评中等及以上,性取向为同性恋或双性恋,同意婚前性行为,参加过学校的相关宣传教育活动为艾滋病知识知晓的促进因素;获得艾滋病相关知识的途径中最高为通过网络,为3076人(78.5%);对艾滋病相关知识的需求中最高为艾滋病传播途径和预防措施,为3514人(89.8%);获得艾滋病相关知识途径的意愿中最高为通过课堂教育,为3164人(80.8%)。结论陆丰市高中学生艾滋病相关知识的知晓率低,防艾基础薄弱,亟需提高学生的知晓率,降低高危行为的发生率。Objective To understand the knowledge,attitude,behaviors and influencing factors of senior middle school students in Lufeng on AIDS,to provide scientific basis for schools′publicity and education of AIDS and epidemic prevention and control,and to provide basic data for the evaluation on the publicity and education effects in the future.Methods Multi-stage cluster sampling method,self-designed questionnaire and WeChat code scanning function were used to complete the questionnaire online independently and anonymously.χ^(2)test was used for single factor analysis,and unconditional logistic regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis.Results The comprehensive awareness rate of senior high school students in Lufeng on AIDS-related knowledge was 27.4%,and the awareness rate of the"National Eight Regulations"was 40.3%;multi-factor regression analysis showed that boys,older ages,seniors and fathers were found to have the junior college degree or above,and self-evaluation scores of academic performance at middle level or above,homosexual or bisexual sexual orientation,consent to premarital sex,and participation in school related publicity and education activities were promoting factors for AIDS knowledge.The top channel of 3076 people(78.5%)acquiring AIDS-related knowledge was Internet.Top requirements of 3514 people(89.8%)for AIDS-related knowledge were the transmission route and preventive measure,and the top intention of 3164 people(80.8%)acquiring AIDS-related knowledge was the classroom education.Conclusion The awareness rate of senior middle school students in Lufeng on AIDS-related knowledge remains to be relatively low,and the foundation of AIDS prevention is relatively insufficient.It is imperative to promote the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge,and reduce the incidence of high-risk behaviors.
