摘  要:软X射线相机用于测量托卡马克装置放电时等离子体辐射的软X射线在空间上的分布。在真空室烘烤时,软X射线相机周围的温度会达到250℃,需对探测器进行冷却。针对软X射线相机冷却需求,主要介绍了软X相机闭循环冷却回路的设计结构,并对冷却回路进行了热学仿真分析及实验测试。高压冷却气体通过密闭管道与探测器的换热器进行热交换,热交换后的气体经气体冷却装置冷却后通过压缩机加压后再次送入冷却管道,实现相机冷却。通过热学仿真以及实验测试结果表明,当外界环境为250℃时,通过闭循环冷却系统可将探测器的温度降到50℃以下,低于探测器的正常工作的极限温度75℃。通过仿真分析和实验测试,验证了冷却系统设计的有效性。Soft X-ray camera applied to measure the soft X-ray emission from plasma is an important diagnostic system in Tokamak.While the vacuum vessel is in baking phase,the ambient temperature of Soft X-ray camera would be 250℃,photodiode array may be broken in that case.So the cooling system is necessary to soft x-ray detect system,in which helium is used as cooling medium owing to its low activation and good heat exchange with copper.This article focuses on the heat analysis and simulation of closure cooling loop base on the cooling structure designed.In order to validate the effect of the cooling system designed,test platform is built,and some experimental results observed are also presented.The test results indicate that the maximum temperature of detectors is lower than 55℃with the cooling loop during the baking phase,which is lower than the detector operation temperature limit of 75℃.The valid of cooling system is verified by simulation analysis and experiment test.
