腕横纹小切口入路与传统腕掌部开放入路治疗腕管综合征的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:分析腕横纹小切口入路与传统腕掌部开放入路治疗腕管综合征的临床效果。方法:2016年9月-2020年9月收治中、重度腕管综合征患者30例,依据不同手术方法分为两组,各15例。对照组采用传统腕掌部开放入路治疗,试验组采用腕横纹小切口入路治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组腕关节功能评分、各项肌电图指标水平及治疗总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组手术时间、住院时间及切口疼痛程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后焦虑及抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腕管综合征患者采用腕横纹小切口入路治疗,其瘢痕不明显,可减少患者不良心理状态,提高治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of small incision approach of rasceta and the traditional open approach of wrist and palm in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome(CTS).Methods:From September 2016 to September 2020,30 cases of patients with moderate to severe CTS were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods,with 15 cases in each group.The control group used traditional open approach of wrist and palm.The experimental group was treated with small incision approach of rasceta.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The wrist function scores,the levels of various EMG indicators,and the total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operative time,lengths of stay and incision pain in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group after surgery.Conclusion:The treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome by small incision approach of rasceta has no obvious scar,which can reduce the poor psychological state of patients and improve the treatment effect.
