摘　　要：目的:观察显微外科在手部屈肌腱及腱鞘损伤中的应用效果。方法:2016年4月-2019年6月收治手部屈肌腱及腱鞘损伤患者74例,所有患者均实施显微外科技术治疗,治疗后对所有患者实施为期1年的随访,观察临床疗效。结果:随访1年后可见,所有患者治疗优良率为82.43%。结论:显微外科技术可显著提高手部屈肌腱及腱鞘损伤的治疗效果,可促进患者手部功能恢复。Objective:To observe the effect of microsurgery on flexor tendon and tendon sheath injury of hand.Methods:From April 2016 to June 2019,74 patients with hand flexor tendon and tendon sheath injuries were selected to the hospital.All patients received microsurgical treatment.After treatment,all patients were followed up for 1 year to observe the clinical efficacy.Results:After 1 year of follow up,the excellent and good rate of all patients was 82.43%.Conclusion:Microsurgical technique can significantly improve the treatment effect of flexor tendon and tendon sheath injury of hand,and promote the recovery of hand function.
