知柏地黄丸结合西医治疗阴虚火旺型特发性女童性早熟的有效性探究

摘　　要：目的:探讨知柏地黄丸联合维生素B6和五维赖氨酸颗粒治疗阴虚火旺证特发性女童性早熟的临床疗效。方法:收治阴虚火旺症特发性性早熟女童60例,随机分为两组,各30例。A组给予知柏地黄丸联合维生素B6+五维赖氨酸颗粒治疗;B组给予维生素B6+五维赖氨酸颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:A组治疗后身高及生长速度均高于B组,骨龄低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组治疗后子宫容积、卵巢容积及卵泡直径均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组治疗后卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)及雌二醇(E2)等性激素水平显著低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组治疗总有效率显著高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用知柏地黄丸联合维生素B6和五维赖氨酸颗粒治疗阴虚火旺证特发性女童性早熟疗效显著,能有效抑制性早熟状况。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Zhibai Dihuang pills combined with vitamin B6 and five vitamins and lysine granules in the treatment of idiopathic precocious puberty of girls with syndrome of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency.Methods:60 girls with idiopathic precocious puberty with syndrome of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The group A was given Zhibai Dihuang pills combined with vitamin B6 and five vitamins and lysine granules.The group B was given vitamin B6 and five vitamins and lysine granules.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the height and growth rate of the group A were higher than those of the group B,and the bone age was lower than that of the group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the uterine volume,ovarian volume and follicle diameter of the group A were lower than those of the group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of sex hormones such as follicle-forming hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)in the group A were significantly lower than those in the group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the group A was significantly higher than that in the group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Zhibai Dihuang pills combined with vitamin B6 and five vitamins and lysine granules is effective in the treatment of idiopathic precocious puberty in girls with syndrome of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency,and can effectively inhibit precocious puberty.
