小陷胸汤合半夏厚朴汤治疗梅核气的疗效总结

摘　　要：目的:分析小陷胸汤合半夏厚朴汤治疗梅核气患者的临床疗效。方法:2018年2月-2020年6月收治梅核气患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采取常规西医方法治疗,观察组采取小陷胸汤合半夏厚朴汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗4周后中医症状及咽部异物感分级量表评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用药不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取小陷胸汤合半夏厚朴汤治疗梅核气患者效果明显,能够促进临床症状的改善,使咽部异物感得到有效缓解,有效降低用药不良反应发生率。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Xiaoxiangxiong Decoction combined with Banxia Houpu Decoction in the treatment of Meiheqi patients.Methods:From February 2018 to June 2020,60 patients with Meiheqi were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.Observation group was treated with Xiaoxiangxiong Decoction combined with Banxia Houpu Decoction.The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms and pharyngeal foreign body sensation scale in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with Meiheqi with Xiaoxiangxiong Decoction combined with Banxia Houpu Decoction has obvious effect,it can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,make the pharyngeal foreign body sensation is effectively relieved,and effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
