临床路径配合责任护理在计划性剖宫产中的应用思路构建

摘　　要：目的:分析计划性剖宫产产妇的护理需求,评价临床路径配合责任护理对产妇健康知识掌握程度、遵医行为等方面的影响。方法:选取2019年7月-2020年5月行计划性剖宫产的产妇200例,按入院先后顺序分为两组,各100例。对照组采取产科常规护理,观察组采取临床路径配合责任护理干预,比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组遵医行为率及母乳喂养成功率均明显高于对照组,相关并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组健康知识评分与护理满意度评分均明显高于对照组,住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床路径配合责任护理干预应用于计划性剖宫产产妇中,有助于提升产妇自护能力、新生儿照护能力及安全性,加速产妇康复,护理效果理想。Objective:To analyze the nursing needs of the puerpera during planned cesarean section,and to evaluate the influence of clinical pathway combined with responsible nursing on the puerpera's health knowledge and compliance with medical behavior.Methods:From July 2019 to May 2020,200 cases of parturients who underwent planned cesarean section were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission with 100 cases in each group.The control group received conventional obstetric nursing.The observation group was treated with clinical pathway combined with responsible nursing intervention.The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.Results:The rate of compliance and success rate of breast feeding in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,and the incidence of related complications was lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The health knowledge score and nursing satisfaction score in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,and the length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical pathway combined with responsible nursing intervention in planned cesarean section is helpful to improve self-care ability,neonatal nursing ability and safety of puerpera,accelerate the recovery of puerpera,and the nursing effect is ideal.
