摘 要:利用不锈钢渣制备铸石材料是处理含铬冶金固废的一种有效途径,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。以不锈钢渣为主要原料,采用一步法熔融制备铸石材料,同时利用DSC,XRD,SEM-EDS和ICP等分析方法,对材料综合性能进行了表征,探究不同Al2O3含量对铸石结构和性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着Al2O3含量降低,试样的结晶温度降低,结晶能力提高,晶粒细化,力学性能降低。当Al2O3含量在6%~10%时,可以观察到辉石围绕尖晶石生长的类海胆结构。在Al2O3含量为6%时铸石的力学性能达到最高,抗折强度达到128.21 MPa,密度为2.95 g/cm3。所有试样的耐酸碱性均高于99.0%,高于铸石耐酸碱标准,同时铬浸出浓度也低于国家标准的1.5 mg/L。Preparation of cast stone using stainless steel slag is an effective way to treat solid waste form metallurgy containing chromium,which produces good economic and social benefits.In this paper,stainless steel slag was used as the main raw material to prepare cast stone material by one-step melting.At the same time,DSC,XRD,SEM-EDS and ICP analytical methods were used to characterize the comprehensive properties of the material and explore the influence of different Al_(2)O_(3)content on the structure and properties of cast stone.The results showed that with the decrease of Al_(2)O_(3)content,the crystallization temperature of the samples decreases,the crystallization ability increases,the grain refinement and the mechanical properties decrease.When the content of Al_(2)O_(3)was between 6%and 10%,the urchin-like structure of pyroxene growing around spinel can be observed.When Al_(2)O_(3)was 6%,the mechanical properties of cast stone reached the highest,the flexural strength reached 128.21 MPa,and the density was 2.95 g/cm3.The acid and alkali resistance of all samples were higher than 99.0%, higher than the industry standard of acid and alkali resistance issued by the casting industry, and the chromium leaching concentration was also lower than the national standard of 1.5 mg/L.
