摘  要:DP双相钢因具有优良的强度与塑性适配、优异成形性、高加工硬化率等优点日益受到汽车生产厂商的青睐,电阻点焊是汽车白车身制造中主要连接工艺,文中以CR340/590DP双相钢为研究对象,分别开展低倍组织观察、显微硬度测试、十字拉伸力试验、拉剪力测试试验和电极头寿命测试等,进行了该钢种的点焊工艺性评价,试验结果表明,该钢种有很好的焊接加工性,各项指标均能满足全球通用GWS-5A—2007焊接标准。Dual-phase steel is increasingly favored by automobile manufacturers for its superior balance of strength and plasticity,high work-hardening rate,and the excellent formability.Resistance spot welding is the main connection process in the manufacturing of the white automobile body.This paper takes CR340/590DP(DP:Dual Phase)as the research object and comprehensively evaluated the resistance spot weldability of CR340/590DP by implementing a series of studies included macrostructure inspection,microhardness measurement,cross drawing force test,shearing force test,electrode-tip wear test,etc.The results show that the steel has excellent weldability and various indexes can well meet the general GWS-5A—2007 welding standard.
