水性聚酮树脂的制备与性能研究

摘  要:随着我国涂料、油墨水性化进程的不断加快,市场对聚酮树脂等涂料、油墨助剂水性化的需求也随之加剧。国外在售同类型水性助剂售价较高,国内暂无可替代产品,从而在一定程度上限制了我国水性涂料、油墨的发展。本文提出并实现了利用高羟值环己酮-甲醛树脂为多元醇,利用聚氨酯改性技术制备水性聚酮树脂的构想。为保持聚酮树脂原有的助剂特性,配方设计聚酮树脂添加量不低于45%。同时,为验证产品工艺与性能,以氢化苯乙酮-甲醛树脂为原料采用相同工艺制备了对照组。通过对两者进行红外分析、热学分析和微观形貌分析,证实了分子设计及所述工艺的可行性。得到了纳米级水性聚酮树脂分散体,产品透明均一、分散性良好,很好地保留了油性聚酮树脂的基本特性。With the improvement of the market occupancy of aqueous coatings and inks in China, the development of aqueous polyketone resin is put on a schedule. However, imported aqueous polyketone resin has a high selling price, and there is no substitute product at home, thus limiting the development of aqueous coatings and inks in China to some extent. This paper proposes and realizes the idea of using high hydroxy value cyclohexanone formaldehyde resin as polyol to prepare aqueous polyketone resin by polyurethane modification technology. In order to maintain the original assistant characteristics of polyketone resin, ensure that the polyketide resin addition is not less than 45%.Meanwhile, to verify the process and performance of the product, a control group was prepared by the same process using hydro acetophenone formaldehyde resin as raw material. The feasibility of molecular design and the described processes were confirmed by FT-IR analysis, thermal analysis and microtopography. The nanoscale aqueous polyketone resin dispersion was obtained, and the product was transparent and homogeneous with good dispersion, which retained the basic characteristics of the oily polyketone resin.
