摘 要:陇东区块天然气井采用一次上返工艺实现全井封固,刘家沟组承压能力低,封固段长,温差大,给固井施工带来挑战,前期使用的高温低密防漏水泥浆体系,低温强度低导致封固质量存在一定问题,通过对陇东对区块地质特性、水泥石强度等方面分析,引入新型增强材料,对水泥浆体系进行优化调整,确保体系性能稳定,提高水泥浆顶部强度,确保固井质量,在陇东天然气井固井应用效果良好,为陇东天然气井规模开发提供技术支撑。The natural gas well in the east of Fujian block uses a return process to achieve the whole well sealing, Liujiagou group has low pressure capacity, long sealing section, large temperature difference, which brings challenges to the cementing construction, the high temperature and low secret leak-proof cement slurry system used in the early stage, the low temperature strength leads to some problems in sealing quality. Through the analysis of the geological characteristics and cement stone strength of the block in the east of the city, a new type of reinforced material is introduced, the cement slurry system is optimized and adjusted to ensure the stability of the system, improve the top strength of the cement slurry, ensure the quality of the cement well, apply good results in the solid well of the east natural gas well, and provide technical support for the development of the scale of the natural gas well in the east.
