摘  要:通过测定蒲黄与蒲黄炭中总多糖的含量,分析蒲黄炒炭前后总多糖的含量变化。采用硫酸-苯酚比色法,以无水葡萄糖为对照品,在487.5 nm下测定蒲黄与蒲黄炭中总多糖的含量。葡萄糖对照品溶液在0.02~0.10 mg/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系;平均回收率为99.55%,RSD为1.83%。蒲黄中总多糖的含量为7.33%,蒲黄炭中总多糖的含量为3.41%。蒲黄炒炭后总多糖含量明显降低。Content of total polysaccharide in Pollen Typhae and Pollen Typhae carbonisatus was determined, and then change of the total polysaccharide content in Pollen Typhae was analyzed before and after charcoal. Using sulfuric acid-phenol method, the total polysaccharide content of Pollen Typhae and Pollen Typhae Carbonisatus was determined at 487.5 nm while using anhydrous glucose as a control. The linear relationship was good when the concentration of glucose was in the range of 0.02~0.10 mg/m L, the average sample recovery rate was 99.55 % and the RSD was 1.83 %. The total polysaccharide content in Pollen Typhae was 7.33 %,the total polysaccharide content in the Pollen Typhae carbonisatus is 3.41 %. The total polysaccharide content in Pollen Typhae carbonisatus was obviously reduced.
