摘  要:某环保科技公司有污水处理站1座,主要处理环氧丙烷生产废水和其他废水,随着更严标准的制定,原有污水站需进行提标改造。本实例环氧丙烷废水具有含化工污染物、含盐量高、Cl-含量,温度高,废水可生化性较差的特点,环氧丙烷废水预处理后和其他废水混合后综合处理。改造后的废水处理站采用"降温调节+二级初沉池+曝气池+二沉池+中间水池+ABR+好氧池+接触氧化池+絮凝沉淀池"处理工艺,出水达标排放至受纳水体。综合废水 CODCr 600~800 mg/L、BOD5≤300 mg/L、SS≤200 mg/L、Cl-≤14000 mg/L、pH 为 8~10,出水 CODCr≤50 mg/L、BOD5≤20 mg/L、pH为6~9。CODCr、BOD5的去除率达到94.6%、94.4%。A environmental protection technology company has a sewage treatment station,which mainly deals with propylene oxide production wastewater and other wastewater.With the formulation of stricter standards,the original sewage station needs to be upgraded.This example of propylene oxide wastewater has the characteristics of chemical pollutants,high salt content,Cl-content,high temperature and poor biodegradability.Propylene oxide wastewater was pretreated and mixed with other wastewater for comprehensive treatment.The transformed wastewater treatment station adopts the treatment process of "cooling regulation+secondary primary sedimentation tank+aeration tank+secondary sedimentation tank+intermediate tank+ABR+aerobic tank+contact oxidation tank+flocculation sedimentation tank".The effluent reaches the standard and is discharged to the receiving water body.The Comprehensive wastewater of CODCr is 600~800 mg/L,BOD5≤300 mg/L,SS≤200 mg/L,Cl-≤14000 mg/L and pH is 8~10.The removal rate of CODCr,BOD5 is 94.6 % and 94.4 % respectively.
