摘  要:采用HJ803-2016,HJ491-2019,HNO3-HCl-HF(2∶6∶1)三种前处理方法对土壤中Ni,Cu,As,Cd,Pb进行测定。对比三种前处理方法的测定检出限以及标准物质的数据吻合度。得出结论:HJ491-2019的前处理方法检出限最好,HJ803-2016检出限最差;微波消解的前处理时间优于石墨消解;HNO3-HCl-HF(2∶6∶1)的前处理方法检出限优于HJ803-2016,标准物质结果与石墨消解结果非常接近,前处理比HJ491-2019在时间上更优。Using Three pretreatment methods, HJ803-2016, HJ491-2019 and HNO3-HCl-HF(2∶6∶1) to determine Ni, Cu, as, Cd and Pb in soil. The detection limits of three pretreatment methods and the data consistency of quality control samples were compared. Conclusion: the detection limit of HJ491-2019 is the best, and HJ803-2016 is the worst;the pretreatment time of microwave digestion was better than that of graphite digestion;The detection limit of HNO3-HCl-HF(2∶6∶1) pretreatment method is better than that of HJ803-2016. The pretreatment time is better than that of HJ491-2019.
