摘  要:摘本实验比较了酶免疫分析法与高分辨气/质法测定土壤和沉物样品中二恶英等价毒性当量(I-TEQ)。实验结果表明:高分辨气/质法优点是可以分离二恶英类每种成分,并能准确定量;缺点是成本高,要求有精密的仪器、多种标准品、良好的实验环境和训练有素的操作人员。酶免疫分析法优点是成本低,操作简单快速;缺点是不能检测二恶英类各个成分。In this study, enzyme immunoassay and high resolution gas chromatography/mass spectrometry were used to determine the equivalent toxic equivalent(I-TEQ) of dioxins in soil and sediment samples. The experimental results show that the advantages of high-resolution GC/MS method are that each component of dioxins can be separated and quantified accurately;the disadvantages are high cost, requiring precise instruments, a variety of standards, good experimental environment and well-trained operators. However, the advantages of enzyme immunoassay(EIA)are low cost, simple and fast operation;the disadvantages are that it can not detect all components of dioxins.
