摘　　要：建立一种操作简单、结果可靠、测定成本较低的检测健儿清解液中总黄酮含量的方法。通过系统适应性,可知供试品和芦丁对照品在紫外-可见光500 nm处有较强的吸收;通过绘制标准曲线,验证芦丁在0.2053~1.2318 mg/m L浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系;通过精密度试验表明本法精密度良好;通过重复性试验表明本法重复性良好;通过溶液稳定性试验表明对照品溶液和供试品溶液在60分钟内稳定性良好;通过加样回收试验表明本法回收率良好。本品总黄酮的含量限度为:本品每1 m L含总黄酮以芦丁(C27H30O16)计,不得少于0.25 mg。To establish a simple, reliable and low cost method for the determination of total flavonoids in Jianer Qingjie Solution. Through the adaptability of the system, it can be seen that the test substance and the reference substance of rutin have strong absorption at the UV-visible light 500 nm. By drawing the standard curve, it was verified that rutin had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.2053~1.2318 mg/m L. The precision test shows that the method has good precision. The reproducibility test showed that the method had good reproducibility. The solution stability test showed that the reference solution and the test solution had good stability within 60 minutes. The recovery rate of this method is good by adding sample and recovery test. The content limit of total flavonoids in this product is: Rutin(C27H30O16) shall be counted as total flavonoids per 1 ml of this product, not less than 0.25 mg.
