摘 要:目的:建立HPLC测定花椒挥发油中芳樟醇含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Dikma Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈–水,梯度洗脱;检测波长205 nm;柱温30℃;流速1 mL/min。结果:芳樟醇在0.7815~6.2520μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.18%,RSD为0.52%(n=9)。结论:采用HPLC测定花椒挥发油中芳樟醇的含量准确可靠,简单易行,该方法可用于花椒挥发油中芳樟醇的质量控制。Objective: To determine the content of linalool in volatile oil of Pericarpium zanthoxyli by HPLC. Methods: The separation was implemented on a Dikma Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). Acetonitrile-water was as mobile phase, gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 205 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The flow rate was 1 m L/min. Results: The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.7815~6.2520 μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.18 % with RSD 0.52 %. Conclusion: This HPLC method is accurate and simple, which can be used to determine the content of linalool in volatile oil of Pericarpium zanthoxyli.
