摘  要:采用聚磷酸铵基无卤膨胀型阻燃剂,经过超支化聚合物改性,制备了一种无卤阻燃聚丙烯材料。通过转矩流变仪,垂直燃烧仪,万能试验机等设备对材料的热力学、流变性为、阻燃性和力学进行了表征,并分析了改性机理。结果表明,当阻燃剂添加量达到20%,超支化聚合物为1%时,可通过UL94 1.6 mm V-0测试,且材料的力学性能最优。超支化聚合物的加入,使PP熔体流动性得到改善,帮助阻燃剂在基体中得到良好的分散。In this paper, a halogen-free flame-retardant polypropylene material was prepared by using ammonium polyphosphate-based halogen-free intumescent flame retardant and modified by hyperbranched polymer. The thermodynamics, rheological properties, flame retardancy and mechanics of the materials were characterized by cone calorimeter, torque rheometer, vertical burner and universal testing machine, and the modification mechanism was analyzed. The results show that when the amount of flame retardant added reaches 20 % and the hyperbranched polymer is 1 %, it can pass the UL94 1.6 mm V-0 test, and the mechanical properties of the material are optimal. The addition of the hyperbranched polymer improves the PP melt flow and helps the flame retardant to be well dispersed in the matrix.
