摘 要:目的:食品风险监测中砷和汞检测,依据食品安全国家标准检测铅、砷、汞的前处理方法不同,无法实现统一样品前处理,给大批量的检测造成工作量等影响[1]。结果:本文建立压力消解方法对面粉样品进行消解,消解后的样品可同时满足用原子荧光光谱方法检测砷、汞要求。结论:用正交实验,选择最佳条件,采用压力消解法处理的样品可以同时用于砷、汞含量的检测,压力消解法测定面粉中砷、汞含量相对偏差小,回收率高,且得到的数据参数满意,检测数据准确,大幅度缩短了样品中砷、汞检测时间[2]。Objective: Arsenic and mercury detection in food risk monitoring, according to the national food safety standards, lead, arsenic and mercury are detected by different pretreatment methods, which can not achieve unified sample pretreatment, resulting in the impact of workload on a large number of detection[1].Result: Conclusion the pressure digestion method was established to digest the flour samples, and the digested samples can meet the requirements for the determination of arsenic and mercury by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Conclusion: The samples treated by pressure digestion method can be used for the determination of as and Hg at the same time. The relative deviation of as and Hg in flour determined by pressure digestion method is small, and the recovery rate is high, the obtained data parameters are satisfactory, the detection data are accurate, and the detection time of arsenic and Mercury in the sample is greatly shortened.[2]
