摘 要:以氧化钛负载的活性炭粒子(TiO 2/AC)为三维电极,铁板、石墨板分别为电极阳极和阴极,对DMF废水进行降解。考察了电解电压、pH、电解质浓度、电解时间、曝气量对DMF废水COD降解效果的影响。通过正交试验探究了COD降解效果的最佳条件,研究结果表明:当pH为4,电压为13V,电解质浓度为2.5 g/L,曝气量为1 L/h,电解时间为80 min时,DMF废水COD的降解率可达到91%。该实验结果为DMF有机废水的处理提供了一定的参考价值。TiO_(2)/AC was used as three-dimensional electrode,DMF wastewater was degraded by iron plate and graphite plate as anode and cathode respectively.The effects of electrolysis voltage,pH,electrolyte concentration,electrolysis time and aeration rate on the degradation of COD in DMF wastewater were investigated.By orthogonal test,the optimum conditions for COD degradation were investigated,and the results showed that when pH was 4,voltage was 13 V,electrolyte concentration was 2.5 g/L,aeration was 1 L/h and electrolysis time was 80 min,the degradation rate of COD in DMF wastewater can reach 91%.The results can be used as a reference for the treatment of DMF wastewater.
