摘  要:以硫酸铵为助剂,研究了其与高炉渣焙烧过程条件对渣中铝的提取的影响。结果表明最优的焙烧条件为400℃,焙烧45 min,此时铝的提取率约为85%。将浸出液在低温下结晶,结晶温度为10℃,结晶时间16 h,铝的结晶率为93%,通过焙烧浸出结晶工艺,铝的综合回收率达79%左右。通过本文方法获得的硫酸铝铵纯度达99.6wt%,达到了国家标准。通过本文的研究,为高炉渣的综合利用提供了新思路。The effects of roasting conditions on the extraction of aluminum from blast furnace slag with ammonium sulfate as reagent were studied.The results showed that the optimal calcination condition was 400℃for 45 min,and the extraction efficiency of aluminum was approximately 85%.The leaching solution was crystallized at low temperature,and the optimal crystallization conditions were 10℃for 16 h.The crystallization ratio of aluminum was 93%.Through the roasting leaching crystallization process,the comprehensive recovery of aluminum was around 79%.The purity of ammonium alum obtained by this method was up to 99.6wt%,which reached the national standard.Based on the results,a new idea for comprehensive utilization of blast furnace slag was provided.
